how to read this: claims pull COMP out of each chain's rewards contract; top-ups (governance) put it in. balance after is exact within the window: it's walked backwards from the live contract balance through every in/out event. owed then is the total earned-but-unclaimed backlog at that moment, estimated from the latest indexed snapshot adjusted for interim claims and accrual — claims larger than the remaining balance revert. Red balances mean the contract was nearly drained. Timestamps interpolated between block anchors (±minutes).
